Join us on Thursday, November 20 for Breakfast & Biz with guest speaker Jerry Baker, Vice President of Business Development at Cook’s Pest Control, as he leads a discussion on "21st Century Leadership: Hire Every Day!" In today’s competitive landscape, exceptional leaders don’t wait for openings to hire; they foster a “Hire Every Day” mentality built on clear communication and a strong vision.
During this session, Jerry Baker will share insights on developing a compelling vision, adapting to evolving leadership challenges, building cohesive teams, understanding customer needs and refining hiring strategies.
In addition to his role at Cook’s Pest Control, Jerry Baker serves as Senior Pastor of St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church in Decatur and is actively involved on several boards that impact both the local community and the wider Southeast region.
