Join us for our 2025 Workforce NOW Summit on Friday, November 14 bringing together business, education and workforce leaders to exchange ideas and resources that strengthen businesses of all sizes.
This year’s summit will feature an Industry and Education Panel Discussion moderated by Zach Lee, Regional External Affairs Liaison for the Alabama Community College System, centered on the theme "The Workforce of Tomorrow Starts Today." Hear from community leaders as they discuss the skills, partnerships and initiatives shaping our region's workforce.
Attendees can also join two breakout sessions. Johnny Jones, Director of Decatur Youth Services, will discuss strategies for connecting with your future workforce, and the ACCS Innovation Center will highlight its Skills for Success courses, which help businesses upskill employees, recruit talent and provide residents with no-cost training for in-demand careers.
This professional development and networking event is specifically tailored for managers, team leaders, HR professionals, CEOs and educators. Please register by Monday, November 10.
