Join us on Thursday, July 17, 2025 for the Chamber's Breakfast & Biz professional development training and networking session with guest speaker will be Mark Waters, a Certified EOS Implementer with BMSS Advisors and CPAs, the third largest CPA firm in Alabama. This session will help you discover tools to run more efficiently, improve communication and make better decisions—both professionally and personally.
• EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System): A proven framework that helps leadership teams clarify their vision, gain traction toward goals and build stronger, more cohesive teams.
•Client 361: A holistic approach offered through BMSS that takes a deeper look at your business and the decisions that could impact your personal well-being.
Mark works with companies and their leadership teams to implement EOS and build the foundation for long-term growth. He lives in Decatur with his wife, Judge Shelly Waters. They have three adult children and a new grandson.
