The Chamber s annual Endless Opportunities Education Event gathers 8th graders from across north Alabama school systems to explore the wide variety of career options available to them following their high school graduation - careers available right in their own back yard.

Join us for Chamber's annual State of Healthcare Forum where we will discuss the successes and opportunities facing our local healthcare system and its impact on our business community.
2025 SuperStar Teacher Presentation 09/26/2025 (date to be confirmed)
The SuperStar Teacher program recognizes teachers in the Decatur-Morgan County area who show excellence in leadership, creativity, and imagination in and out of the classroom setting. SuperStar Teachers make learning fun, support their students and are active in their community. They will be recognized by the Chamber and sponsors in a school setting a given a $150 gift card for use in their classroom and a $50 gift card for personal use. School principals will submit nominations via a form provided by the Chamber and judging will be conducted by sponsors and one member of the Chamber?s Board of Directors.
2025 Washington Update
The Chamber's 2025 Washington Update with Congressman Dale W. Strong will be held on Thursday, September 25 at 7:30 a.m. Congressman Strong will share updates on Alabama’s progress and opportunities in economic development, infrastructure, and other key issues with our business community.
